Description: A day of sun, sand and sea picnic experience with ND Circle of friends and loved ones.

Event Details:
•Attire: Hawaiian
•Venue: Isla Jardin del Mar Resort, Glan, Sarangani
•Time: 7am

Things to note:
• Transportation, NOT INCLUDED. We will reach out for transportation options closer to the date.
• Glan charges a Tourism Fee of P20 / head
• Side trip at the Provincial Capitol (tentative)
• Buffet Lunch will be served
• The Talisay Portion of the resort will be exclusive for us
• Open to Dameans and family
• Attendees may opt to bring their own transportation
especially those planning to stay overnight
• Attendees may avail of resort facilities, including overnight stays, at their own
expense

Registration:
E-Passes are required for entry. Purchase your E-Passes online and receive them via email with a unique barcode. Please present this barcode during registration. Each E-Pass is valid for one person only.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Entry:
   • E-Pass Required: A valid E-Pass is required for entry.
   • E-Pass Delivery: E-Passes will be sent via email with a unique barcode upon purchase. Please present this barcode during registration.
   • E-Pass Validity: Each E-Pass is valid for one-time use only.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   • Cancellation Fee: A $20 processing fee applies per registrant who cancels their registration.
   • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted by December 31st, 2024, in writing via email to [email protected].
   • Reunion Cancellation: In case of cancellation by NDSGSCAAI, registration fees will be refunded. However, NDSGSCAAI is not responsible for travel or other related costs incurred by members and guests.
